Waiting for the Train in Southern Pines, NC

Here I am at the train station in downtown Southern Pines. Amtrak comes through town a couple of times a day and the whistle sounds so pretty when the train comes in. I can even hear it at my house.

Dad says the train is the way many people came here when the town was founded in 1884 by John T. Patrick. Did you know he only paid $1,265 for 675 acres! That’s another thing my dad says has changed. If you want to see what prices are in your neighborhood check out his up to date Market Snapshot to see what your home is worth.

Whether you want to visit us by car, train or even by an airplane you will be glad you did! Once you are here, if you decide you would like to live here please be sure to call Allan Nanney at 910-528-1181 or visit his website at www.YourPinehurstHome.com , he’s the best dad ever.
